If you must cancel a camper's registration, please contact the camp office immediately. Please allow the Camp Office 2-4 weeks to issue a reimbursement minus the $60.00 non-refundable deposit. Majority of reimbursements will take place as a refund to the credit card used at time of registration. Some may require a cheque to be sent in the mail.
$60.00 of every registration fee is considered a non-refundable deposit.
No refund will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the start of the camp session.
The exception to this policy is if the girl encounters an accident or sickness, in which case a doctorʼs certificate must be submitted within one week of the onset of the illness or the occurrence of the accident that will prevent her participation in the Camp Session. The non-refundable deposit will still be retained by the camp.
No refund is given for campers who leave camp due to homesickness.
Official receipts ('Statements of Account') can be downloaded anytime by logging into your Family Account in the Registration Portal.
